Hey, it’s Jen—and welcome to the very first episode of Take Your Gummies. I’m so glad you’re here.
If you’ve ever found yourself in December suddenly wanting to change your whole life, burn your routines to the ground, and start over as someone who wakes up at 5am and drinks green juice out of a mason jar… this one’s for you.
Because same.
There’s something about the end of the year that makes us all feel like we’re supposed to have everything figured out. Like, if you didn’t “optimize your morning routine” or “launch your dream life” or suddenly transform into a new person, you’ve failed. Meanwhile, most of us are just trying to remember if we RSVP’d to the holiday work thing and whether or not we have clean socks.
So today we’re talking about something a little softer.
Not a full rebrand. Not a ten-step routine. Just… a reset.
Something small. Something kind. Something that gives you a little bit of structure without making you feel like you’re behind.
Because the truth is—you don’t need a full life overhaul. You just need one moment. One pause. One check-in with yourself.
Let’s start there.
Now, personally, I love a reset that doesn’t require deleting Instagram or spending $300 on supplements. In fact, one of my favorite things about starting small is that it actually sticks. You don’t get overwhelmed. You don’t crash and burn. You just… live better.
And maybe that starts with two gummies.
Yes, I’m serious.
I take my Collagen Gummies every morning right after breakfast. And honestly? Half the reason I do it is because it feels like a little ritual. Like I’m telling my body: “Hey—I didn’t forget about you.”
We all have that one friend who disappears into spreadsheets and deadlines and suddenly hasn’t had a vegetable in four days. Sometimes that friend is… us.
So I’m inviting you to bring back those tiny touchpoints.
It could be stretching for two minutes in the morning.
It could be lighting a candle while you do your makeup.
It could be journaling for literally five minutes—like, while the coffee brews.
And yes, it could be taking two strawberry-flavored Collagen Gummies that taste like candy but secretly support your skin, nails, and hair.
And look—I’m not saying gummies will fix your life. But I am saying that when you start the day doing one tiny thing that supports your body, it shifts your energy. You move a little slower. You breathe a little deeper. You stop waiting for January first to take care of yourself.
Let’s talk about that, actually—this weird obsession with January.
Why do we wait for an arbitrary date to feel better? Like, December doesn’t count? We just have to white-knuckle our way through the holidays, burn out, feel bloated, ignore all our habits, and then somehow, magically, flip a switch at midnight?
That’s a trap.
What if this year looked different?
What if, instead of going 0 to 100 on January first, we just kept things steady through December? Like… basic things. Drinking water. Eating food that actually makes you feel good. Sleeping enough. Not saying yes to every invite just because it’s festive.
That’s a reset. That’s the move.
Here’s a simple formula I want you to try this week.
It’s not complicated. It’s not expensive.
It’s just three things.
One: Pick something that feels good for your body.
Could be walking. Could be stretching. Could be taking your Debloat Gummies after your work holiday party, because you went a little too hard on the charcuterie board. No judgment.
Two: Pick something that helps calm your brain.
This time of year can be mentally loud. There’s a lot of social pressure, family dynamics, and “stuff” floating around. Maybe it’s journaling. Maybe it’s taking a social media break after 9pm. Maybe it’s hiding in your car for five minutes after work with no one talking to you. That counts.
Three: Pick something you’re not going to do anymore.
This one’s my favorite. What’s something that just… doesn’t serve you right now? For me? I’m not pretending I’m going to read twelve books this month. I’m not even pretending I’ll finish one. I’m giving myself permission to rest instead of forcing a checklist.
And when you do that—when you actually strip things down to what feels good, what’s doable, what’s real—you start to realize something: you were never behind. You were just overloaded.
The glow-up isn’t in the hustle. It’s in the clarity.
And yeah, okay, it might also be in your collagen.
So here’s what I’m doing this month. I’m resetting—lightly. No drama. I’m lighting candles at night and watching trash TV in a robe I love. I’m keeping my gummies on my nightstand so I don’t forget them. I’m showing up for myself, in small ways, that no one sees but me.
And I want you to do that too.
If you’ve been looking for permission to rest, reset, and stop trying to turn into a completely different person by January? This is it.
You’re allowed to be soft right now. You’re allowed to go slow. You’re allowed to feel a little off and still be taking care of yourself.
One small step at a time.
Take your gummies. Drink your water. Be kind to your brain.
And I’ll see you next Monday.
